School Of Biblical Foundations (SBF)

Prerequisite

Successful completion of the Discipleship Training School.

Course Description

CCM 217

The SBF is a twelve-week course designed to equip students with the practical skills needed for personal Bible study. There are several Bible study schools in YWAM, but we believe ours offers something unique. We concentrate primarily on personal study and practical application rather than on an in-depth study of every book of the Bible. Our goal is to have SBF graduates trained to study the Word on their own and to develop study disciplines that will last a lifetime.

This year's SBF is going to be "on-site". This means that we will have 8 weeks of the school in Arvada, CO with the other 4 weeks being "on-site" in places that the Bible was actually written! We will literally get to see the scriptures come alive right before our eyes.

-Imagine seeing the pyramids of Egypt while getting a whole new perspective of the culture and environment the Israelites were enslaved in for 400 years.

-Experience living on Mt. Zion, gazing over Jerusalem, and taking in the sights, smells, and culture of Israel as you study Jewish History.

-Let your senses come alive as you place yourself within the environment where the Biblical miracles took place.

-Anticipate the revelation you will receive when you explore some of the cities the NT Epistles were written to.

Curriculum

Cost

$6,495.00 USD for the twelve-week lecture phase. This cost includes tuition, food, housing, overseas travel and resources. There is an additional cost for books, personal care and laundry money, extra activities and personal snacks. 

Please keep in mind that the tuition and outreach costs for the School of Biblical Foundations are not tax-deductible.
